This is a C. Mahillon Flugelhorn from 1939. By that time, the firm was taken over by Jean Smits, hence "succ. J. Smits". It has the Dutch emblem version, which is a bit faded.
The horn plays very well.
With horns like this I always face the dilemma to polish or not...
