This is an F.E. Olds & son 'Ambassador' Alto Horn in F, made in 1970, serial number 745989.
Originally it came with separate tuning slides for F and Eb, unfortunately the Eb-slide is missing. I got this because an Alto Horn collection needs at least one Front Bell Horn. It is in excellent playable condition. Although originally intended as 'peck horn', it is very capable of playing melodies as well.
