This is a BM Symphonic Alto Horn, year unknown, serial number 731417.
It is built like a small Euphonium, where the leadpipe goes directly into the valve block and the main tuning slide comes after the valves, instead of before. It has a beautiful singing tone, though intonation is tricky.
